I have been asked to show the assembly of my cell, so here it is. Sorry if anything is unclear. I tried to show the basic steps without showing any machining, etc. The pipes are 304 SS, but 316 works well also. Part 3 will be uploaded after the cell is sealed and ready to run.
Here is the Back Flash Arrestor that I made to give me peace of mind. I don't want to open my hood to find a mess of PVC / Stainless shrapnel in my engine compartment.

This unit replicates the O2 siganl to the point that it could replace the sensor. Though, we do not recommend it for that use. This is used to assist the alternate fuels , such as hydrogen, steam, acetone in your fuel injected engine.
This is a steam generator for injecting dry steam into the engine. I realized that, when using my hydrogen generator, I get much better mileage if I allow the steam to enter the intake, rather than using a bubbler to remove it all. This will test the MPG gain using only steam.
This is the latest design that I have come up with for the O2 enhancer. It is by far the best thing that I have ever seen. It is completely effective in controlling the air fuel ratio. There is no need for any other enhancer/fix/electro nic device. This circuit simply does what it is supposed to do and the best thing about it is.....it is a "set it and forget it" unit.
This enhancer has one O2 enhancer, one MAP enhancer, volt meter and amp meter for the hydrogen generator. Plus, it has a switch with LED to control the Generator ON/OFF function
